Sr. Field Support Specialist Job Description: Performs as Senior Field Support Specialist. Responsibilities include: Non-traditional logistics support. Works closely with senior executives and program leadership to identify field support issues and solutions in support of operations. High level policy interpretation and guidance. Demonstrated understanding of desk officer, technical operations officer, and logistics officer duties. Ensures field support processes and practices meet operational requirements. Proven experience in one or more fields including, MASINT, OSINT, SIGINT collection and analysis. Required Skills: - BS/BA plus a minimum 10 years experience supporting operations, preferably within the IC or equivalent education and experience.
- TS SCI security clearance with a Full Scope/Lifestyle polygraph.
- Experience with successfully navigating the sponsor's administrative processes
- Understanding of business processes
- Proven effective written and oral communication skills
- Critical thinking, problem solving
- Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment
