Sr. Operations Specialist Job Description: Performs as Operations Specialist. Responsibilities include: Working closely with senior executives to identify operations issues and develop solutions for the full operations life cycle from concept to execution. Demonstrated understanding of desk officer, technical operations officer and logistics officer duties. Responsible for adequate planning, analysis, integration, risk analysis, sustainability, and feasibility analyses for operations. Ensures processes and practices meet full mission requirements. Mentoring junior personnel through assimilation period. Required Skills: - BS/BA plus a minimum 8 years experience supporting operations, preferably within the IC or equivalent education and experience.
- TS SCI security clearance with a Full Scope/Lifestyle polygraph.
- Experience with successfully navigating the sponsor's administrative processes
- Polished interviewing and presentation skills.
- Understanding of business processes
- Proven effective written and oral communication skills
- Critical thinking, problem solving
- Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment
