The Talbots Store Manager develops and enforces a sales culture by developing a strategic plan that: creates a store environment which provides a superior sales and customer experience; executes visual merchandising direction; and recruits, develops and retains a strong selling team.
The Talbots Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager or General Manager (the “Manager”) in creating a store environment which provides a superior sales and customer experience; executing visual merchandising direction; and recruiting, developing and retaining a strong selling team.
Qualifications:
· Requires excellent leadership skills and a high level of integrity and enthusiasm to motivate store associates to total store achievement.
· Possess strong drive, ambition, and passion for selling and for the overall store business success.
· Ability to communicate professionally and in a timely manner with the Manager, customers, associates and corporate partners.
· Lead by example and maintains consistent selling and service standards through communication, training and individual accountability.
· Have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Strong selling experience required and demonstrated ability to meet or exceeds performance standards.
· Requires a minimum of 1- 5 years of management experience. Specialty retailing experience preferred.
· Work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business including opening/closing shifts as well as weekends, holidays and nights.
· Requires ability to move about in a store including climbing ladders and the ability to lift up to 20-25 pounds.
· Ability to navigate computer systems with intermediate computer and keyboarding skills.
· Ability to manage a staff up to 15 associates.
· Flexible to occasional travel.

Pharmacy Technician II

Greets members at front desk, enters information about prescriptions into computer system, receives payment from members, & prepares medications for approval by pharmacist. May perform the duties of a Pharmacy Inventory Technician or a Pharmacy Admixture Technician. Essential Functions: - Greets members at counter or over the telephone, verifies member's eligibility status, & receives prescriptions from members for pharmaceuticals. - Enters prescription information into computer system & prints labels for use by pharmacist. - Receives payment according to terms of members' plan. - Selects requested drugs from Baker cell dispenser or counts drugs from pharmacy shelf. - Reconstitutes medications by mixing w/ fluids. - Prepares intravenous prescriptions, topical ointments, & other drugs by mixing prescribed dosages. - Attaches labels to container for review by pharmacist. - Calls members to pick-up completed prescription. - Receives payment for over-the-counter medications & medical supplies selected by members. - Answers routine inquiries from members regarding health plan drug coverage, prices, & related issues. - Identifies situations when patient should speak w/ pharmacist regarding use of drugs & asks pharmacist to speak to member. - Orders & stocks drugs & supplies, assembles drugs & supplies for clinical departments, stocks crash carts, & performs other inventory duties. - Performs other related duties as directed. Qualifications: Schedule: Full time rotating position to include nights, weekends, and holidays from the hours of 9:00 am to 7:00 pm Sat &Sun and 8:00 am to 11:30pm Monday - Friday. Basic Qualifications: - 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician required. - High school diploma or GED required. - Successful completion of an accredited pharmacy technician training program or US Military program OR one year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred. - Compliance w/ all state board of pharmacy rules & licensing requirements where applicable required. - Active CPHT certification required. (Pharmacy students are exempted from the CPHT requirement where applicable).
